DG-GT Conference

The DG-GT Conference was organized by the German Society for Gene Therapy (DG-GT e.V.) to advance gene therapy research. The main objectives included promoting scientific exchange, improving translation of gene therapy from experimental research to clinical practice, and advancing young scientists. The 2024 meeting focused on nucleic acid therapeutics and was in our “own backyard” in Munich, a welcome location for our team to network with the industry.

Members from the local Munich team at Ascend were at the event, attending multiple sessions and networking into the evening. This was a valuable event to the team, with a lot of focus on scientific innovation.
